Rates shown are per room, per night and include VAT (as per date of printing). In the event of an increase in VAT, the resulting increase in hotel tates will be passed on the client.
Booking:
In Order to benefit from the special rates, please use one of the following booking methods: Send the enclosed Registration and Accommodation Forms with the required dewposit by mail at your eatliest convenience. Book your hotel accommodation through the Conference website www.acbicon2008.com.
We Strongly advice all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Avenir will not be able to guarantee rooms after November 1, 2008. Reservation will only be confirmed on advance deposition of 1 night accommmodation.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation indicating the name and address of the hotel. Booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, participants will receive hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.
For block booking (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their requist by mail or Email to acbicon2008.com. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.
Cancellation Policy:(Subject to Change)
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before 15 October 2008 - 100% refund (minus Rs.200 handling fee)
Postmarkerd from 16th October to14th November 2008 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after 15th November 2008.
Payment
All Payments are to be made by cash / Demand Draft only in favour of ACBICON 2008 payment at kolkata.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellation received by November 1,2008 full refund less bank charges.
Cancellation received by December 7,2008 no refund.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and the payment will be non-refundable.
Important Notes:
Avenir and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be xempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any Official check-in time for the hotel 13.00 hours and check out is 11.00 hours.
