About Kolkata

Language: The official language of the conference is English.
Personal Insurance: We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip to Kolkata, India.
Climate: The weather in Kolkata in December is pleasant. Temperatures range from 12°C - 23°C.
Clothing: Clothing is informal for all occasions. Please bring an umbrella, sunglasses, walking shoes and woolen garments.
Visas: Please check with your travel agent if you require a visa for entry to India.
Letter of Invitation: Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the Conference may receive a letter via the website. Please note that this letter cannot be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the organizers.
